This pillow is inspired by traditional hanbok made with saekdong.  The contrast stripe across the pillow resembles the contrast made from the 고름/Goreum-the ribbons on the jacket of the hanbokdress. The saekdong is woven by artisans outside of Seoul. Then we combined it with denim to balance the Korean American interpretation. The pillow can be shown in your home on both sides to expose more saekdong or more denim with saekdong trim.
